All information regarding customer relations is treated with strict confidentiality. Any information or documents received from the customer are kept strictly confidential and will only be used for the purpose of completing the agreed assignment.

Execution of Activities
Scheduling of agreed activities is done in coordination between the parties. Activities include the services specified in the order confirmation or via email communication.

Commercial Terms
Prices for agreed services are stated in the accepted order confirmation. In case of project-based employment, a separate hourly rate is agreed upon depending on the scope of the project. Hours are calculated per commenced half hour, and Dialog+ will track and document time usage upon request. Time spent will be invoiced monthly.

Additional expenses such as train tickets, taxi fares, and bridge tolls will also be invoiced. Costs for accommodation and meals will be invoiced to the customer and will always be subject to prior agreement.

If a fixed price has been agreed upon, services will be invoiced as follows:

  • 50% upon agreement.
  • 50% upon project completion

Invoices are due 8 days from the invoice date. Payments must be made to the bank account specified on the invoice, referencing the invoice number.

In case of late payment, a penalty interest of 2% per commenced month will be applied. VAT is added to all agreed services.

Changes to scheduled Activities
Changes to scheduled dates can be made free of charge up to 10 working days before the planned activities. For changes made within 10 working days, a fee of DKK 3,000 (excl. VAT) per date change will be invoiced.

  •  Cancellation 6–10 days before: 25% of the agreed total price

Dialog+ always aims to adjust activity dates to avoid the need for customer cancellation.

  • Inability to obtain necessary information or documentation from the customer.
  • Inability to complete the task due to illness.
  • Unpaid invoices

All agreed activities during the notice period will be carried out if mutually agreed upon..

Dialog+ is not liable for events due to Force Majeure.

Dialog+ can only be held liable for delays in cases of gross negligence. Compensation or claims for damages are limited to a maximum of 50% of the agreed amount for the specific activity.
